4. Kontaktformular und Kontaktaufnahme

North Vision SIA setzt für bestimmte Projektarbeiten qualifizierte internationale IT-Spezialisten und Subunternehmer ein. Mit diesen bestehen Auftragsverarbeitungsverträge gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO. Eine Datenweitergabe erfolgt nur soweit für die Vertragserfüllung erforderlich.Sofern Subunternehmer außerhalb der EU/des EWR tätig sind erfolgt die Übermittlung nur auf Basis geeigneter Garantien gemäß Art. 44 ff. DSGVO (z.B. EU-Standardvertragsklauseln).6. HostingUnsere Website wird bei [Hosting-Anbieter eintragen] gehostet. Mit dem Anbieter besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO. Jaapakšuzņēmēji darbojas ārpus ES/EEZ, datu pārsūtīšana tiek veikta, pamatojotiesuz atbilstošiem aizsardzības pasākumiem saskaņā ar VDAR 44. un turpmākajiempantiem.
